A beautiful blend of Cedarwood, Lavender, Geranium & Ylang Ylang created with women in mind to help calm, balance and harmonise.

  • Ingredients: Cedrus atlantica bark (Cedarwood) oil, Lavendula intermedia flower/leaf/stem (Lavendin) oil, Pelargonium graveolens leaf (Geranium) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Cananga odorata flower (Ylang Ylang) oil.
  • Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser throughout the day to calm the mind, balance hormones and uplift mood.
  • Bath: Add 2 drops to a warm bath to unwind after a busy day and restore the mind.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio).

Is this safe for children?
We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.
