The Oils:
- Eucalyptus Essential Oil Eucalyptus globulus: A familiar camphorous aroma of Eucalyptus is medicinal and clearing to the mind, well-known for its healing effects on the respiratory system.
- Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) peel oil, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (Lemongrass) oil, Citrus aurantifolia (Lime), Mentha arvensis (Peppermint) oil.: A clearing blend to help treat the symptoms of hay fever, sinus, colds and flu. Sinus Clear blend combines the essential oils of Lemongrass, Lime, Grapefruit and Peppermint to lighten a heavy head.
- Tea Tree Essential Oil Melaleuca alternifolia: Inhalation of Tea Tree can help treat respiratory complaints. The expectorant and antimicrobial action of Tea Tree makes it a good remedy for the treatment of colds and flu.

If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Peppermint or Eucalyptus during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.
Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon) & Eucalyptus essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
