RETURNS & TERMS
All of the prices on our website are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars - AUD
Freighters:
Mad Scents posts with both Officeworks Mailman (Fastway Couriers) and Australia Post.   

Delivery:
Signature on delivery is required for all parcels.

If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left (generally in the post box or under the front door) with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised centre.

IMPORTANT: Mad Scents asks that you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier. Should any damage have occurred in transit do not accept delivery of a parcel.

A confirmation email is sent at time of shipment that will include a tracking number and link to the tracking website.

Dispatch time-frame is within 2-4 business days for orders containing products in stock only, and between 10-21 business days for all orders containing products handmade to order, custom made or on 'back order'. In some cases where we have a product in stock we will endeavour to ship on the same day. If there is an urgency with your order please advise us when ordering so that we can make it our priority.

IMPORTANT: Should you wish to have your parcel left without a signature please note that all responsibilities regarding breakages and lost items to Mad Scents is waived.

Express Postage:
Shipping via Australia Post Express Post Service is available. This Express service applies to the postage service only. Standard Fulfillment timeframes apply to the order.

Breakages:
As much as we do all that we can to ensure that your orders are packaged away nice and snug, ready for their trip from us to you, it is an unfortunate consequence of shipping fragile items via courier and road that sometimes breakages can occur.

If you experience this please email / contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, with the details of the damage including
digital photos. We will then be in touch with you to either organise a refund, or a replacement product to be shipped if available. In order to process a refund /replacement, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your goods in order to lodge a Parcel Protection claim with Mailman on your behalf. We do not offer international shipping at this point in time.

We do not give refunds for change of mind purchases.
