Spring Scenting tips: Aroma Bead Bags

Change of season is always a great time to freshen scents around the house - I've been making for so many years that I forget to share how I like to use our products personally, and how to get the most out of them. So I thought I'd drop some of my top tips for our products over the coming month, starting with Aroma Bead Bags.

So what are aroma beads exactly, you may ask?  Theyre little EVA beads that we have put through a soaking process that leaves them heavily concentrated with fragrance.  We have two varieties they can be purchased in - aroma jars, or the handmade bags.  

 The jars we find are best used in small spaces like office desks, cupboards, desk drawers etc.  The bags are like our little hidden gems.  If you're packing away winter clothes or bed linen and blankets, pop an aroma bag in with them to have them smelling fresh when you open them up again next season.

If you are changing over bed linen, pop one in amongst your pillows or sheets when you make the bed each day to give them that extra fragrance lift.

I also like to use them in my car (under the seats is the perfect hiding spot out of direct sunlight) - I transfer them to my wardrobes after about 3months of use to let them continue their scenting life in a smaller space as they gradually reduce their fragrance levels.

If you're a in holiday or travelling mode, pop them into your suitcases whilst travelling (or while they're in storage to take your favourite scents with you on your travels).  They're also fabulous to use in swags, campers and caravans.
