    Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

    Orders containing any back-order, warehouse stock, or products requiring customisation or creation to order will take up to 3weeks before dispatch, depending on the product.  This will usually be stipulated in the product description. 

    If you are concerned about an order arriving within a specific timeframe, or if it's required by a certain date, please get in contact via bec@madscents.com.au and we'll confirm whether we think it's achievable.

    Domestic Shipping (Australia)

    We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.  We utilise Australia Post for all orders dispatching from our QLD warehouse.  Any Warehouse Despatch orders for Candle Warmers may use Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. 

    • Standard shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days (Longer for WA)
    • Express shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days (where available)

    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

    International Shipping

    We may ship to selected international destinations. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.  We do not currently offer International Shipping.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.  MAD Scents currently offers a flat rate shipping rate of $15.00 as of June 2026.  This may increase at any point. 

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

    Lost or Damaged Parcels

    If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bec@madscents.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Mad Scents is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
